Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origin
Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or supplier facilities in China. The carrier and route may vary depending on destination, product availability, package size, and service conditions.
2. Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated transit time is 7–12 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is normally about 8–15 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs review, carrier congestion, severe weather, holidays, and incorrect addresses may cause delays.
4. Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed when available. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show movement after the shipping label is created or the parcel is transferred between carriers.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, phone number, and email address.
6. Multiple Packages
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may have more than one tracking number.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
Contact us if tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days or the parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery window. We may begin a carrier investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
8. Packages Marked Delivered
Check with household members, neighbors, reception areas, parcel lockers, and the local carrier. Contact us promptly if the parcel remains missing.
9. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Packages returned because of refusal, incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect may be refunded after non-refundable shipping and return costs are deducted, where permitted by law.
