1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
  • It must be free from scratches, stains, odors, wear, and customer-caused damage.
  • Original packaging and included accessories must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase and prior return authorization are required.

2. Wrong Phone Model Selected

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model. An unused item ordered for the wrong model may be returned, but the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide your order number, a description, and clear photos or video. After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Used, installed, altered, or customer-damaged products.
  • Products missing original packaging or included accessories.
  • Personalized or custom-made products, unless defective.
  • Items marked final sale, where permitted by law.
  • Unauthorized returns.

5. How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number, product, phone model, and reason for return.
  3. Provide photos when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Wait for the approved return address and instructions.
  5. Use a trackable return service and keep the receipt.
Do not return products to our business contact address without authorization.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers normally pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, compatibility mistakes, or wrong model selection. We cover reasonable return costs when the problem is confirmed to be our error.

7. Refund Timing

After the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

8. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law or when the return results from our error.
