Orders and Shipping
The estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S. For expedited shipping, the delivery time is usually 2-3 business days, and for overnight shipping, it can be delivered the next business day.

In most cases, your items will be shipped together in one package. However, depending on the size, weight, and stock availability, your items may be shipped separately.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 90-day return window for most products. Returns are accepted if items are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team at support@mail.ebaydiy.com immediately. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will issue a return label, and the return shipping will be free. Once the damaged product is received, a full refund or replacement will be processed.
Once you receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), we will provide you with the specific return address. Please ensure that the product is in unused, original condition when returned.

We may be able to cancel it before it ships, but if the item has already been dispatched, we will assist you with the return process.
Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for items that are out of stock. However, we are constantly restocking our inventory, so please check back frequently for availability or sign up for notifications on restocks.
