1. 90-Day Standard Returns
For standard, non-customized tools, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Tool-Type Clause: Tools that have been used, altered, or permanently modified are no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
2. Tool-Type Items
Products that are tools and accessories (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, wrenches) are eligible for return if they are unused and in their original condition. They can only be returned if they arrive damaged or have a clear manufacturing error.

*Note: For “Customer Remorse” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated fulfillment center. The return shipping fee of 5% of the product price will be deducted from your refund amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. How to Return (RMA Process)
To ensure your refund is processed, follow these steps:
- Email support@ebaydiy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- We will provide you with the specific return address for our processing center.
- Ship the item and provide us with the tracking number.

5. Refund Processing
- Inspection: Within 3 business days of receiving the return.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Return shipping costs for customer remorse will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Unauthorized Returns
Please do not ship items back without an RMA. Items “Refused at Delivery” or sent to an incorrect address without authorization are not eligible for a refund.
