1. 90-Day Standard Returns
For standard, non-customized products, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- DIY Clause: Components that have been soldered, glued, or permanently modified are no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
2. Custom & Personalized Items
Products that are made-to-order, customized, or personalized (e.g., custom 3D prints, custom-cut materials) are exempt from standard returns. They can only be returned if they arrive damaged or have a clear manufacturing error.

4. How to Return (RMA Process)
To ensure your refund is processed, follow these steps:

- Ship the item and provide us with the tracking number.

6. Unauthorized Returns
