Almost impossible to read outside
Three outdoor electrical outlets around my house have low voltage and I bought this to troubleshoot the problem. The screen is almost impossible to read in sunlight. The screen needs to be viewed directly (not at an angle) to see.Outdoor electrical outlets are installed about a foot above the ground; I had to lay on the ground and shade the screen with a piece of cardboard to read the device.The device indicated a low voltage with a ground issue. There is no information included on interpreting the results to troubleshoot/fix the problem.

It’s a nice little device to check outlets quickly. I had a concern with grounding, and used this device to check. The price is wonderful, and the product is excellent quality. The product was missing batteries, but the seller sorted it out.
