    Perfection!
This trimmer is incredible! The brushless motor produces the same power as professional-grade 2-cycle engine trimmers. You will not be disappointed. It’s best to use a 4ohm battery for larger jobs, but for small to medium sized yards, the kit batteries are sufficient. It’s very lightweight and has a longer reach than the lower model, which is helpful for this 6’2 operator. It’s so much fun to use. Makes me look forward to tending to my yard. Imagine that!

    Word cordless trimmer
Works well for me . The batteries last about as long as I do ,

    Battery is Great
Very surprised at the string feeder; only jammed once in three hours whereas I was lucky to get three minutes from my old one. Battery life is also better than expected. Takes two cycles to do my one-acre yard. If you have a larger lot, extra batteries might be a wise decision. Light and easy to manipulate.

    Works alright
After using for a few months. It works good, has some power but won’t get through anything thick. Easy to swap out string heads. I hate waste and wish you could restring but the heads are throwaway and are rather cheap to get. Battery life is so-so. I thought my wife would like it because it’s very lite but it just didn’t have the muscle behind it like a gas one does. I use it for the quick around the house stuff as not to chew up my siding

Worx kicked Toro trimmer out of my shed.
Great unit. My more expensive Toro trimmer strings would continually bind up and I struggled removing reel, reseating. finally saw a little tab broke off string exit. I called 3-4 dealers and repair places. Nobody would deal with it. Toro mower, yes- which I have an electric and love. dealer said Toro doesnt make the trimmer themselves and don’t care. Warranty should have covered but Toro didn’t. I took chance bought this, with lowered expectations. Toro breaking was blessing in disguise. Workx is Much lighter , easier on arms, cuts like a champ, string lasts longer, unspools itself! without banging on ground like Toro, which prob broke mine..

Brand new and quit. But I know why! Blown capasitor ie bad component on the board.
I had this exact weed eater for about 2 years and it performed above and beyond. It sure was my favorite tool to use. I have many Worx equipment. A battery lawn mower, a blower, weed eater, I am a woman in my 70’s and live on a farm. I love the battery equipment that provide real progress on maintenance. But when I ordered a new weedeater I didn’t have it for 30 days, only used it 3 times and it quit. I was stumped. It wasn’t the motor or anything I could troubleshoot so I opened it up and there was the obvious problem! The capasitor on the board in the handle had blown. See picture. You can see the weed eater is brand new. It’s still clean! Ha! But the fact that this weed eater is dead from a component failure is disturbing. No one wants to hassle with bad components being an issue. So now I’m out the money I spent and I don’t want to double down and have this happen again. But I really loved this weedeater. I don’t want to have to switch brands now with 10 batteries for all my tools. I’m not a complainer and components are very seldom cause for failure but this is unfortunate for me as I am not sure of chancing buying another one now. I really didn’t pay attention to what kind of warrantee it had but I’m sure they don’t like you opening up the case but you can see the capasitor is foaming out and blown. I’m figuring I’m just out the money. But at least I know why it quit after 3 uses. So buyer be warned.

    First use review
I am not getting into technical areas. I will work backwards from the screw that holds the guard on that never tightens up which I had plastic super glue but against my own knowledge of things that don’t tighten and vibrate out – I didn’t put that on screw threads. First use 8 minutes it took for that screw to unseat and be lost in the grass. I found another screw and glued it in. That doesn’t reduce my review at all.1. Assembly was so simple, love it.2. I had charged batteries overnight, more power than I expected.Previously I had a WORX it is about 6 years old maybe 8 and it got me through but recently has had switch issues I believe.

WORX Cordless String Trimmer, 13” Electric Weed Eater
WORX Cordless String Trimmer, 13” Electric Weed Eater works great, I can do all my triming at one time. Changing string is very easy. The hardest thing you have to do is charging the batteries and that is not hard.

Great tool. Love the ease of changing the line, no winding spools, just pop a new cartridge in.Batteries last long enough to do my yard with 30 fruit trees and couple patios. About 30 minutes of continued use.
