Well made chuck holder, but price adds up quickly if you have a lot of chucks.
This is the nicest chuck wall mount I’ve used. I bought a number of cheaper mounts from a woodturner in Ireland, which were made from aluminum and not as precisely machined. I’ve also been using 3d-printed mounts. This steel mount will probably outlast plastic or aluminum mounts, and looks nicer. But the price adds up if you have a lot of chucks like I do. The cheaper aluminum mounts should last forever if I’m careful to avoid cross threading, and even the plastic mounts have held up well. So in the end, it’s a matter of preference. I’ll probably stick with 3d-printed mounts if I need any more in the future. As nice as this one is, I just can’t justify purchasing a lot of them.

Convenient and Excellent Quality
This wall-mounted tool holder mounts well and sturdily on my wall behind my lathe. I just had to pre-drill the holds to a 9/16″ depth and the two screws that go through the tool holder tighten easily and can hold a decent amount of weight. Both my chuck and faceplates fit on the 1-1/4″ x 8TPI threading of the tool holder without issue. The metal of the holder is solid with the threading being well-made and even.It is very convenient to have the turning items on the wall behind the lathe within easy reach and having a dedicated location. I have the tool holder currently dedicated to my chuck, but I will have to get more to hold my many most used faceplates as well. I was surprised by how much I actually appreciate the quality and functionality of this simple holder, but the thing I most appreciate is that it keeps my chuck from just laying around when not in use.

Good quality, good fit
Great item. Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The screws extend 1.2″ into whatever material you attach it to and the threads hold well. It’s mounted under the lathe stand (an old solid wood desk) and my Nova chuck fits right on.

The Essential Upgrade. No More Chuck Clutter.
I recently installed the BM Turning Wall-mounted Tool Holder for Chucks (1”x8TPI thread), and I can honestly say it’s the most impactful shop organization upgrade I’ve made this year. If you own multiple quality chucks like the Super NOVA 2, NOVA G3, Titan III, or the Record Power SC3/SC4 and the Robert Sorby Patriot, you know how quickly they can take over bench space. This holder is the perfect, professional-grade solution.Right out of the box, the quality is apparent. The holder is robust, likely some kind of heavy-duty steel and feels absolutely rock-solid. The critical component—the 1”x8TPI thread—is precision-machined. Mounting my chucks is seamless; they spin on securely without any wobble, seating firmly against the wall plate. I have zero concern about heavy chucks like the Titan III or the Patriot coming loose, even with the vibrations of a busy shop. This dedicated, threaded mount eliminates the sloppy fit you get with universal pegboard hooks or simple shelves, which is crucial for protecting expensive accessories. The specified compatibility list is extensive, which is a massive bonus for those of us who use multiple platforms or brands. I can confirm it works flawlessly with my Super NOVA 2 and my older NOVA G3, giving them a dedicated, easily accessible home. Wall mounting is the key here—it instantly frees up precious bench space, transforming cluttered chaos into an efficient workspace. Now, I can quickly swap chucks mid-project without rummaging through drawers or bins. Everything is stored at eye level, protected from shavings and dust, and ready for immediate use. This BM Turning Wall-mounted Tool Holder isn’t just a convenience; it’s an investment in shop safety and workflow efficiency. Highly recommended for any woodturner looking to organize their lathe accessories professionally. This is easily a flawless 5 out of 5 stars!

Great quality, easy install, great tool organizer
My first impression was that it’s heavy, solid, and very well-machined. It feels like a quality piece right out of the box. I’d had a large chuck bouncing around in a drawer for a while, so this sturdy mount was exactly what I needed. Installation was quick — less than five minutes — and mounting the chuck was smooth and secure. The only odd thing was the screws; the heads are a bit unusual, but they still worked fine. Overall, it’s a great addition to my workspace, both functional and clean-looking. I’ll definitely be ordering another one for my main chuck — 5/5 stars.

Organized lathe station✅
Really nice addition to the shop, specifically the lathe station.I like to keep my shop relatively organized 😬 and this helps a lot. This allows me to keep y chuck off of every flat surface I usually keep it on which typically crowds my workspace.Threads are nice screws supplied are less than stellar. I used some deck screws and it works fine.

Great for holding my cole jaws
This solves the problem of where to store my cole jaws. Mounts easily and is very solidly made. This is for 1¼ x 8tpi.
