Great quality!
Really liking these multivitamins so far! Improved energy levels, as well as focus. They are easy to swallow, just sucks that you have to take 8. I split mine and do 4 in the am and 4 in the pm. As long as you take the vitamins after a meal, there are no GI issues for me.

Top tier quality vitamins. I’ve been taking these for years and its an absolute staple in my house. I turned my buddy on to these and he couldn’t believe how good he was feeling after he started taking these! 😀 The other vitamins you can buy at the store are just made of synthetic garbage. Thorne vitamins are made with excellent quality ingredients and will help keep your happy and healthy. Probably best to take with food because I’ve had several people mention issues just taking supplements on an empty stomach.

Excellent Multi-Vitamin
I love Thorne products. Especially, there Creatine and Super EPA with DHA. My only complaint about these is that the serving size is 8 capsules. I started with 4 in the morning and 4 at 3pm. I ended up forgetting to take them. The nutrition in them is amazing.

Thorne is a great brand but to get all the benefits from this supplement you have to take 8 capsules a day. That is just too many so I don’t end up getting all the nutrition from these daily. I will be looking for a different option and will not repurchase.

I recently purchased Thorne’s Advanced Nutrients supplement, and it’s truly excellent—the best multivitamin on the market as of today that I could find. It’s properly dosed and comprehensively covers almost all essential nutrients, making it stand out. You likely won’t find a better option for a multivitamin that supports overall wellness and health goals. Highly recommend it!
