It makes slicing open boxes, plastic bands, and thin cardboard much easier than with manual scissors — convenient if you process a lot of shipments. The cordless design and included charger are nice, and it’s straightforward to operate.On the downside, it struggles with thicker or tougher materials like dense cardboard, heavy plastic, or leather — it’s fine for package opening but not a serious “shop-tool.” The blade replacement is easy enough, but for frequent heavy-duty use, you’ll want something more powerful.

Where has this been all my life! This little cutter is amazing, lightweight, and easy to handle. I used to let my many delivery boxes pile up until my son would rip them apart and put them into our recycle bin. However, now cut my boxes into small pieces, which takes up less room in the recycle bin. It’s worth every dime, came with an extra blade, and is pretty pink.
