Dropped Once, Broken…. UPDATED
Original post: My child dropped it once and it broke, makes an awful sound now and will throw it away. Unfortunate for how much it cost. Kids drop things, obviously not from very high up, need something a bit more durable.Update: The company saw my review and sent me a message offering a refund AND a replacement. I did not write the review with that intention. I was purely giving our experience with the item. I am writing an update because of the amazing customer service the company provided, that’s just unheard of today. Thank you for replacing my child’s toy. We appreciate it so much!

Don’t buy this. I gave this to my two year old and he absolutely loves the chainsaw but after he got it for Christmas it broke on all the parts that moved. After taking a look they skimped on the washer for the blade for it to intentional break. The whole motor and gear case was separated. After putting it back together I noticed it never had any washers.I want my refund.

Rubbish, not worth $45. Saw the exact thing on Temu for $15 and after seeing it I feel that’s even over priced. Have sorted to return it
