WARM TIPS:
The tool is capable of over setting small rivnut as M3,M4 and 10-24 etc. When setting small rivnut, please apply less power on the handles and the arms of the tool do not need to come very close to each other, or the small mandrel can be damaged.The mandrels are consumable. Frequent or improper use would consume the useful life of them, and even damage them. The mandrels and replacements which are universal can be easily found in Amazon.Please be noted that the M8 mandrel are already installed on the tool, so the small box of M8 is empty.

Great set! Has a plethora of sizes and the case to keep it all together is nice. Instructions are well written and informative to help you in installing the smaller size rivets. Tool feels to be of solid construction and functioned great. Have only used a few of the sizes so far but has preformed flawlessly. The case holds all the spare rivets as well which is very helpful. Would definitely recommend this set.

Great tool! – Wide range of mandrel sizes with plenty of rivet nuts for each size – The perfect kit for any handyman or DIYer!! – Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks and get this kit with 15 SAE and Metric mandrels. You never know what size you’ll need for your project – with this kit your covered.As far as the kit itself – it comes with a sturdy case that is very organized inside compared to others – someone put some thought into this one. The tool is very well made and I honestly can’t see ever having a problem with it. The smaller mandrels could break if not careful – There is a easy to follow formula in the instructions to reduce or eliminate any damage to the mandrels using the compression gauge on the tool.All in all one of the best tools I’ve purchased in a long time!!! Definitely a winner, get one for yourself, for your husband or whoever is a DIYer – they will be just as happy and excited as I’ve have been!!

Works great for automotive body work.
The handle length makes it easy to set the rivets without having to pull too hard. The instructions tell you how to use the gauge if you’re using smaller rivets, to prevent ripping the rivet out while setting them. If you are using larger rivets, watching the gauge isn’t needed. The instructions were a bit confusing to me, but the tool is easy to use without them. I read that some people were stripping out the rivets. I did that as well, but it was because I was using the wrong adapter for the rivet I was setting. Somehow, a rivet of a larger size was mixed in with the container I was using.Definitely worth the buy. You can buy more expensive sets, but they don’t come with anywhere near the amount of equipment this one does, and it’s equally as durable as the others.
