    Excellent collection for young woodworkers
Solid tools, not plastic junk.Nice collection of tools, including measuring tools, so the child can make a collection of measurements and appreciate the difference between 1, 2 , and 3; pencils, so they can sharpen their own pencil; tools that can tighten screws and nuts, so their parents can give them projects to help around the house, and a hammer. This is the tool that should be managed to give them nail or dowels to work on, otherwise they may start putting dents in a variety of household surfaces. There is no saw in this set, which is a real advantage. It is useful to help the child get comfortable with the mechanics of various tools before taking on the incredibly useful skill of sawing, but not as an afterthought. One of the available pull (Japanese) saws is fantastic for children, but should be a focus on technique and usefulness from the first time the child is exposed. Close supervision and instruction are key.I would highly recommend the works of Doug Stowe, a national treasure, to understand on how this collection can help a child benefit from learning how to make things.

    Great Product
I bought this for my grandson…he loves it very much I just wish it was more interchangable, or easier to change it from bench to box.

Must have with helper type kids
I absolutely love how realistic it is. And how the tools are real so that the kids can actually get in there and do something to house. Anybody with whatever and they feel like they are fitting right in and they also have the ability to fix thanks with ease and the tools are tough. Can fix anything.

    WOW! What a surprise!!!
I ordered this for my almost three-year-old great nephew. I knew the tool belt would be too large for him but figured he’d have fun with the tools. His daddy is the foreman of a construction business. I was astounded when I opened up the package. I thought the tool belt was leather; it’s not. But it is very very well put together, heavy orange canvas, so that didn’t make any difference. But the tools–THE TOOLS ARE REAL! And excellent quality. REAL hammer; real screwdrivers–all of the tools are excellent quality; I was very impressed. But I think I’d better not give the set to Robbie yet–he’d probably disassemble the chair; saw the legs off the table; use the hammer in ways which would not be appreciated by his parents. But if you have an older child (I think it’s recommended for age 6 and above), it would be a marvelous gift for him–or her!!

Fun toolkit but lid doesn’t lock
Overall, this is a good toolbox for kids. Colors are bright, plastic looks durable. The tools look realistic and are fun to play with — my toddler especially loves the drill. It was also easy to assemble, which is always a plus. The downside is the storage box option. We chose to build the box instead of the tool bench, and the lid doesn’t lock at all. Because of that, it’s not really possible to carry it around. Still a fun set for play at home, just not very portable in the storage box form.

    Great useful hardy tools.
Very sturdy. The canvas is heavy duty, diverted pockets, tools are stolid. The safety glass are too big for my grandson, but while the belt is heavy, it is fully adjustable and will fit him now and for avery long time. He has completed first marking and nailing project, dinosaur string art, everything worked. Only the pliers were a bit to large for him to work and the screw drivers work but are just a bit to long, but he will learn to use them. He is very excited that they aren’t toys and he can hit nails with the hammer and they actually nail. The orange color works for any gender, as a grandma I appreciate that as I am teaching him how to nail for crafts, while grandpa teaches him how to nail for barns and fences. He likes both and these tool work for both. Inside or outside useful. Even I like the little hammer, it’s very handy!

    Preschool “graduation” gift
We gave this to our preschool grad to celebrate her last day. She loves it! She’s already having a blast making “porcupines” out of wooden wedges and roofing nails. Hammer works great! She uses a clothespin to hold the nail, taps it in to get started – then hammers it in a bit more! Awesome!Of course she LOVED the level and the tape measure – the level is magnetic, which is super cool. All and all – the tools are good quality for a childrens set! Solid enough for the kids to participate in some basic home “construction” stuff. The pencils are the only part that are crummy. They break easily – but it’s bo big deal!Great set. Not sure I would gift it to another kid, though (unless I discussed it with the kids parent). A kid who wasn’t ready for these could do some damage. But for the right kid, they’re super!

    Real working tools
I bought this for my 4 year old who loves to get into my took box. Endless hours of non screen time fun. The fact that it has a belt is so special. He feels official, and he is. He broke my tape measure that I had years before I had him when he was the two-year old builder, so now I get to use his 🙌🏽. This is the only thing (besides his stuffed Mario and his hippo fine motor skills stuffy) that he consistently takes care of. Puts away in the box it came in and out of reach when he isn’t playing with
