During setup, be sure to double-check that the positive and negative terminals are correctly connected, and ensure your chosen wheel motor supports a wide voltage range for safe and stable operation
Warm Reminder: Due to the size limitations of the PCB board, this module uses a micro-relay and thin wiring traces. Therefore, the operating current should not exceed 8A to prevent damage to the relay contacts. When the voltage is below 12V, the maximum current is 10A; when the voltage is above 12V, it should be limited to under 8A. Before upgrading with this kit, please ensure that all devices in your circuit support 18V input. Additionally, it is recommended to double-check the wiring and power specifications before installation to ensure safe and reliable operation

Great Upgrade for your Power Wheels. Kids tire out befor the Milwaukee Batteries do:)
It took me about an hour to install the kit. I wasn’t sure what the dotted line between the “Voltage Display” and the Terminal that the “Speed Switch Speed-control” is connected to meant, so I just connected it and the “Low Voltage Protector” to the Terminal with spade connectors. The “Voltage Display” worked fine, but I was glad I used spade connectors because my Power Wheels already had a Voltage Display from the factory, so I removed the supplied voltage display and am happy with the original one on the machine. I connected the Milwaukee adapter to the “Low Voltage Protector” with the supplied Wago-type connector. I cut the wires that were connected to my Power Wheels battery, removed the battery, and connected them to the Terminal with spade connectors as well. Having the spade connectors and a good crimp tool made the installation easy work. I used short wood screws to secure the “Milwaukee Power adapter”, “Low Voltage Protector”, and the Terminal to the side walls under the hood (On the outside of the sidewalls, I held small pieces of quality plywood to screw into to make sure the pieces don’t vibrate loose in the future. I alow used hot glue on the terminal because there was only one place to connect it with a screw). I put my “Speed-Control Switch” under the hood as well. I was worried my kids would play with it and break it.

So far no issues or problems. Yes there is no instructions but it pause the video you can see how to wire the system for your own applicationFor the price and the ability to adjust voltage to different kids, and swap able battery capability it’s a win from me

Low voltage cutoff quit working in two kits after less than a month
Lasted less than a month. The safety cutoff quit passing voltage for any battery. Swapped with an old non waterproof one and everything else still works. Bought two of these and both have quit working!
