Good $ for chelated: messy capsules
Seems ok as minerals. I like to switch brands as some brand of chelated multi minerals have a different balance than others. My worst complaint with this is the capsules themselves didn’t seem as full as most capsules I have ever seen and there was at least one broken capsule in the bottle and mineral dust from that capsule all over the contents. Messiest bottle of capsules I have every seen. Hopefully next time, they can do better. The price is right. I would buy it again, but I do buy other brands of chelated minerals.

I felt the difference within a week the first night. I actually felt a little bit because I use this with another magnesium and it helped me while my hip was healing from a fracture and it calmed my spirit a bit because it helped the frayed nerves from my accident.

I can’t handle caffeine, and I was using two pills with green tea extract. I thought this would be insignificant, but there’s a lot of caffeine in green tree extract. When I stopped the multivitamin and the resveratrol that had green tree extract, my free-floating anxiety disappeared. Stopping taking green tea extract for me was like taking a tranquilizer. I thought I was an anxious nervous person, but it was just the green tea extract in my multivite and my resveratrol. I replaced them with super B-complex, plain original resveratrol, and a minerals pill with iodine, boron, magnesium, etc. I was taking other vitamins in other pills.I’m a different person. If caffeine makes you anxious, you’ll be in heaven if you get rid of the caffeine!!!

These are a good value and cover all the bases but you have to take four capsules for a daily “serving“
