Connect one end of the adapter cable to your bike and the other to a Bluetooth OBD2 scan tool, then you can connect to the electronic control system of your motorcycle via standard OBD II.
With a suitable wireless OBD2 scan tool (for example OBDLink LX/MX, UniCarScan UCSI-2000 or ELM327 diagnostic scanner) & App like MotoScan, you can diagnose and code your motorbike, read real-time sensor data, reset service internal, and more. Below Apps are available:

*The round 10-pin connector, usually covered with a cap, can be found underneath the triangular panel, under the rider seat, under the rear portion of the seat, under the front or rear of the seat, behind right front panel, etc. Please check the bike manual for the diagnostic port location.

It works on my motorcycle. Seems like they could be cheaper as I doubt these cost more than a dollar to make in China. But it is what it is.

But thats because bmw has a different kinda code then ODB2, i gotta make some more research
