NORD VPN is very user friendly & incredibly fast. Their servers have sped up my Internet response time. Also, for an additional Very Low fee they have an exclusive dedicated I. P. that will not identify you as a VPN User. I have had Absolutely No Problems connecting to any Websites without using a Dedicated I. P. But it is an option if needed. It also has an inclusive Encrypted Password Manager, Dark Web Protection & many other Security Utilities.

Unable to redeem license – Recommend buying direct from NordVPN
Save the 1 hour+ in chat and on the phone with Amazon and pay the extra $2 to purchase through NordVPN directly. Their product is great, just not great purchasing through Amazon.Unfortunately, there is no way to activate the 1-month Basic OR Standard subscription. Was able to purchase and activate in November 2025 but not able to now (March 2026).Purchased Standard edition, not able to activate, Amazon tried to troubleshoot, refunded and suggested I try the Basic edition. Purchased the Basic edition, same problem, Amazon tried to troubleshoot, ended up telling me to wait until at least four hours and try again. Tried again after 11 hours and received the same error message. Amazon tried to troubleshoot again and told me I needed to talk to NordVPN.Activation is through Amazon, so not sure how NordVPN would be able to fix the Amazon system problem. Plus NordVPN does not offer phone support. Amazon ended up refunding and I will buy direct from Nord VPN.

First of all, Amazon’s current price of $24.99 for the 1-year Basic plan is the best price per month that’s available anywhere right now, including NordVPN’s Black Friday sale. If you already have an account then you can still buy these digital gift cards and apply them to your existing account. You can buy as many as you want, and when you apply the giftcard code, it will just extend the expiration date of your account by another year.I am a previous user of ExpressVPN, but decided to make the switch to Nordvpn after doing lots of research and price comparisons.Pros:- Very easy to use, and reliable, Android Phone & Android TV apps which are updated every 2-3 weeks.- Apps for Android, iOS, Windows, MacOS, Linux. Web browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox and Edge.- Very fast download/upload speeds when connected to a VPN.- Lots of servers in many different cities and countries, including multiple servers in each city for a reliable connection.- In addition to standard VPN servers, NordVPN also has 4-5 additional types of specialty servers for very specific use cases.- Specialty servers for Peer to Peer connections, such as when downloading Torrents.- VPN can be used directly with your router.Cons:- NordVPN does not have an option for port forwarding.- The beta version of the app can sometimes be glitchy, so I just stick with the regular version of the Android app.

Great value bundle
Great product especially for the value. Cross-platform, comes with it’s own security services including anti-malware, installation was as easy as waiting for an email, following the instructions provided by Amazon and service is active immediately.

DO NOT BUY NordVPN — Not Compatible With Most Well Known Routers
Updated Review:The information I posted below about NordVPN not working on the list of routers is only partially correct. NordVPN tells me their software cannot be installed on any of the routers on that list. My issue is on a Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G smartphone. After months of contact with NordVPN support, I still cannot keep a reliable VPN connection on my phone so for now, nothing has changed. NordVPN continues to lose its connection to the NordVPN network servers every few minutes. It’s so unreliable that I cannot rely on it to protect me thus the reason for this negative review.Original Review:AVOID NordVPN like the plague. This is from the NordVPN website, “On 1 December 2018, NordVPN’s servers stopped supporting L2TP/IPsec and PPTP connections.” Because of this, the list of routers below are NO LONGER SUPPORTED. That’s something they DON’T TELL YOU BEFORE YOU BUY! How sad this is, advertise like crazy on TV about how secure their software is and how it protects your privacy but then after a couple months of email exchanges with NordVPN support they send me to their website that shows all the most popular router brands on the market today that are NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR SOFTWARE. >>> UNBELIEVABLE <<< This company should be listed as A SCAMMER because just about everyone has one of the brands listed below.You might be able to install NordVPN cleanly on your cell phone, TV, or PC but every 15 minutes or so the connection drops and your data and privacy are at risk. Or, if your router is listed below, perhaps you never did have a secure, private, VPN connection at all? How secure is that? NordVPN even had the nerve to tell me to setup split tunneling as a way to fix my connectivity issue. Even their support staff doesn't know, or won't tell you, that their software is incompatible with your router. The work around is to install firmware from a different source than your router manufacturer. I guess you have to know which firmware is more secure now. the serial no I got didnt work, hence it was returned. yet the bigger problem is their customer support, who literally were incompetent and were not able to help or validate the issue nor solve the issue. Even trying to activate the product was a hastle. I got PIA which worked on the spot!
