The NEIKO 38-piece wire brush drill-attachments set gives you extra power and cleaning precision when you need to get rid of built-up grease, remove a bead-sealing area on oxidized aluminum rims, and more. Ideal for cleaning rust, corrosion, and dirt, these wire brush drill attachments are made from 3 different materials: stainless steel, brass, and nylon. Each small wire brush measures 4″ long with a 2-inch brush and 2-inch shank.
This kit comes with a 1/4-inch hex shank that mounts the brushes on a power drill or die grinder. The included quick-release 6-inch extension bar with a soft ergonomic handle also allows you to use the brushes by hand and helps you reach small, tight spaces.
This set of brushes and tools includes 12 stainless-steel wire brush heads, 12 brass brushes, 12 nylon brushes, a 1/4-inch hex shank, and a 6-inch extension bar. The brushes include the following sizes for SAE: 5/16″, 11/32″, 13/32″, 7/16″, 15/32″, 1/2″, 9/16″, 5/8″, 11/16″, 23/32″, and 3/4″. The brushes include the following sizes for MM: 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 11 mm, 12 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm, 15 mm, 16 mm, 17 mm, 18 mm, and 19 mm.     Parts come scattered as expected. These tools are an expendable item and intended for light duty use, so don’t expect them to last forever.

    Cheap Throw Away Tool
    The tool does not come with the carboard sleeve shown in the video, instead it comes in a plain cardboard box with Neiko logo.The plastic blowmold case is very loose fitting and very flimsy, everything just falls out of place.The outer diameter of the brushes generally matches the advertised diameter. Note that the twisted metal wire at the center of each brush is 4.0mm wide.Everything fits very loosely inside especially the holder and the extension.

    Easily put on a drill driver and you have a choice of brass, plastic or steel. Can clean out automotive brake caliper mounting pin assembly and the oxidation in aluminum flashlight bodies. Comes in handy for many tasks.

    Very good product as it has all different sizes in brass, stainless and nylon. The handle is great for quick jobs, the impact driver adapter makes it easy for tougher jobs using a drill, and the case stops them from disappearing in the workshop.
