Typical Milwaukee build quality. This is the smaller unit in their lineup, works well with more detailed type grinding. Also used it to enlarge door lock holes where the support inserts go into the door jamb. This tool gets a lot of use, esp when using hardened metal bits to tackle all sorts of metal grinding or specialty/precision jobs. Works great with drill bits and small sanding discs (wood work). Battery lasts long, if they’re the genuine Milwaukee ones. Also works well with sheet rock cut outs.

Another Milwaukee hit.
This tool works extremely well. Very small learning curve here. Just keep in mind the rotation of the cutter bit. Do not force the tool in the wrong direction and keep a firm grip. Let the cutter do the work. Always keep in mind the depth of the tool. If you are cutting 1/2″ drywall set the tool for 1/2″. No need to go deeper. You will hit something and will regret it. Be smart and this tool will be your best friend.
