    Excellent vitamin
    This vitamin is excellent for women who can’t take calcium due to your body producing high calcium and forming kidney stones. Most women vitamins have high calcium which caused my calcium level to skyrocket in blood tests.

    This is a great product. I’ve been taking it for about six months and love that it’s formulated for women my age. Besides the nutrients it has real food. It comes in a dark glass bottle for freshness. I am sometimes sensitive to supplements but this one gives me no side effects except feeling good that I’m taking care of myself.
