Great vitamin, better than drugstore bought
Here’s a brief review of why I chose to buy this particular vitamin after almost 6 months of looking around for vitamins online.As I’ve used other reviews from this product to make up my mind in buying it, I’ll try to use information other than those already mentioned.Pros:- vitamins and minerals are derived from food vs. chemical variations of vitamins like those in commercial supplements (biggest plus point)- only 3 ingredients listed in “Other Ingredients” of the label, plant cellulose, vegetable lubricant, and silica- smells like food- easy to swallow (even though the tablets are big in size)- safe levels of iron at 25%- no gelatin (good for vegans and for people who can’t take gelatin for religious purposes)- buying the 180 count with super saver shipping (no extra charge for shipping) brings the tablets to about 25 cents each, which is a very good price in my bookCons:- almost no calcium at 1% RDA, therefore may be a good idea to supplement with additional calcium supplement- quick google search brought up that vegetable lubricants in supplements may be an array of different things, one of which is magnesium stearate. While some people stay away from it at all costs, others say this compound is found naturally in some foods so may not be harmful in vitamins. I’m not sure what to make of this except that I’d rather my liver have to detoxify one synthetic compound versus so many others found in drugstore vitaminsBottom line: seems like the next best thing to getting all your vitamins from food directly. Will update after some consistent use.Update: After over a weeks’ worth of using, my skin looks better, clearer, and more hydrated. I often stay up late nights studying for exams and then wake up the next day looking very tired, with dark circles. Well I’ve been staying up late a lot lately studying for exams, and I still wake up the next day as though I’m well-rested. I mainly bought this brand because I didn’t want to put a whole lot of chemicals in my body. But after some use, I have to agree that this vitamin really does live up to all the hype it gets.

Well tolerated for sensitive systems
2nd order for my son. He seems to like these whole food vitamins and is tolerating them well. This is a great brand for people that can be sensitive to vitamins either stomach wise or urinary tract wise.

All vitamins are not Equal !
These vitamins are the best of the best & All vitamins are not Equal ! Growing up as a kid my mom would give me a Centrum multivitamin along with an extra vitamin C. Well now as an adult needing a quality vitamin I decided to go Megafood Knowing that it all comes from whole foods, like the vitamin A is from whole carrots, vitamin C is from whole oranges. As you get older you really need to take a quality vitamin because no one eats right anymore or are in a hurry & just can’t eat enough to get the Vitamins your body needs. So for After a month or so I feel better & have more sustained energy throughout the day. Sometimes I forget to take my One Daily Megafood Multi-vitamin but that is o.k. because You can take these on an empty stomach with no problem & no upset stomach what so ever. Really my saying has always been you pay for what you get & When it comes to your health you should consider on the best of the best MEGAFOOD not some drug store synthetic vitamin that the presidents & ceo’s of there own companies & products refuse to take there own vitamins. So not all vitamins are Equal. But Still Love my mom for giving me my muti-vitamins even though that is what we only had growing up. Hope this review helps !

Decent vitamin
Arrived as described, and because it’s difficult to figure out if they do anything you basically go with faith. The product looks and feel right digesting. The bottle itself is solid and dark.

I searched long for a supplement that would be actually absorbed into my body after reading about how most all vitamins are “synthetic” or made from rocks. And how starving people don’t eat crushed rocks, because that doesn’t work.Given that our agriculture is depleted and is not providing any actual vitamins or minerals, I felt I needed a way to keep up my health.These supplements are very expensive. But to me, they are completely, completely worth it.My body craves them. They smell so good every time I open the bottle.They are so good that sometimes I just pop one in my mouth and suck on it like a veggie-candy.I have a problem with flaky scalp. Within 12 hours of washing my hair, my scalp would develop clumpy white masses that would flake off like a snow storm, and if scratched, would peel off, leaving blood and scabs. It was disgusting, yes. And my ears would also build up with this stuff… some say it is eczema, but it seemed pretty severe.When I take these Megafood daily vitamins, all that goes away!!And I know this from the times when I let my order lapse and didn’t take my vitamins for a few months, and the flakes came back like a blizzard in July.So I would recommend these vitamins to everyone.
