I needed a good women’s multivitamin because I was feeling like crap. I was definitely lacking in vitamins because my diet is not that great. I know that Mary Ruth Organics is a great, clean brand as I also give my son their child gummies. The flavor is delicious and not overwhelming. They are nice and soft and chewy. I have been taking these for about a month and a half and have definitely felt an improvement in my mood and energy levels. They are a little pricey but I have them on subscribe and save so I can get them for less. Overall these taste great and definitely make me feel much better. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent gummies
These gummies are exactly what I wanted. I eat a healthy diet, so I wanted a natural vitamin that just covered the basics at reasonable levels. I don’t need high doses of anything, and since I cannot tolerate iron supplements by mouth, these are easy for me to use every day. They aren’t any effort to swallow and they don’t upset my stomach at all. And I’ll be honest, if a vitamin does not taste good, I probably won’t make an effort to take them regularly like I should. These gummies are very soft and have a nice, pleasant taste, so I don’t mind reaching for them once a day.

Expensive for every month but good investment for your health!
These gummies taste delicious and make you actually want to eat them instead of being a daunting task. I’ve been taking them for two months now. I’m on my second bottle so far so good! I hope to see vast improvement in my levels when I visit the doctor. I like that they are clean and free of all the extra crap. Their a pricey investment since you have to take 2 a day and there’s only 60 gummies per bottle which means your buying a bottle once a month but hey can’t put a price on good health.

Great vitamins!
They taste good, came in good condition, and have lots of vitamins! I struggle with food textures so this is a great way to make sure I’m not super nutrient deficit. I do notice then what I take these in the morning consistently I have a little more energy and motivation, a bit more nail strength too.

So far I love these vitamins, it’s day 4 of taking them and I have nothing negative to say. As someone with a sensitive stomach, they can be eaten without food and cause zero stomach upset. Love how they’re organic and really tasty. They’re easy to eat and are in the shape of hearts! I think my energy levels are improving, too. I would say this is a good value for what you’re getting and will continue to purchase.

Llevo dos meses con estas gomitas y la verdad sí he notado mucho la diferencia. Estoy mucho menos cansada y de mejor humor, además de que es súper fácil tomarlas todos los días. no me gusta que huele muy fuerte a dulce, nisiquiera abres el frasco cuando ya te llega el olorsi son gomitas suaves un poco grandes tardas un poco en masticarla y pasartela (no esta mal) es como literal comerte unas dos panditas por cada vitaminano se si las compraria de nuevo no me gusta el saborme las paso con bastante agua 😂
