As a mom of five, finding a good multivitamin for my kids is a big deal—anything that makes our routine a little easier is a win in my book! Here’s my take on these MaryRuth’s Kids’ Multivitamin Gummies:What I Love:1. No Sugar – These gummies are sugar-free, which I love because it’s one less thing to worry about when it comes to cavities and sugar crashes. Plus, there’s enough sugar sneaking into their diet as it is!2. Only One Gummy a Day – With five kids, keeping things simple is key. These are once-a-day gummies, which means I’m not constantly counting how many they’ve had or reminding them all day.3. Vegan & Non-GMO – I try to be mindful of what goes into their bodies, and I feel good about the ingredients in these. We don’t have dietary restrictions, but it’s nice to know they’re a bit cleaner.4. Kids Actually Like the Taste – Most of my kids like them, which is a big deal. Anything that’s a fight to get them to take is out of the question in our house!5. Two-Month Supply – The bottle lasts us two months (if I only give them to the younger ones). Love these vitamins for my son! They are great for his body and helps with his health. Every night he is always asking for his vitamins because they taste great, yes I tried them lol! They are a little harder to chew than a normal gummies but still manageable. I highly recommend to any parent that needs the extra vitamins for a child that is a picky eater!
