This is exactly what I needed for sore calluses on my feet (and for toe nails). Very easy to use. If I would suggest one improvement, it would be to add a bit of rubber on the surface of the handle for better grip. But not a deal breaker. The case is really nice to hold everything together in one place. I wash the attachments I use, and then my hubby uses the pedicure tool also. I really like this nail grinder. Oh .. for those think the little sanding drum refills are missing, lift up the plastic tray that holds all the attachments … there’s a whole bunch of little sanding refills under there !!
