    It’s Popular
The tool puzzle is very popular. It is in the block area. They pretend to use the tools.

Do not buy as play tools. It’s a puzzle.
Bought it for my 4 year old. Turns out its for my 2 year old! It’s a foam puzzle. The pieces are just about 2D. Fine for the wrench and saw i guess but their light and it’s super weird for the other tools. Not what i thought. Giving 3 stars because my 2 year old does love the foam puzzle lol.

Great for an imaginative child, frustrating for little engineers
This is a well designed and safe toy for young children. The foam is dense and sturdy, and should hold up well. Each tool fits snuggly into the cutout for the toolset, but may be a bit difficult for younger children to push out and put back in. Still, it’s a plus for storage. The tools are printed very realistically, which is very appealing. Unfortunately, they don’t function as tools, except for the hammer. My 16mo grandson has been enjoying learning the names of the tools, and is intrigued with taking them out and putting them back into the cutouts. However, he was seriously annoyed that the screwdriver won’t fit into any screws and threw it down as soon as he realized this. His favorite is the hammer, because you can use it to hit things, and he’s a big fan of sticks, clubs, hammers, mallets, and other objects that can be used to strike things.I recommend this as a safe toy for young children, and for those imaginative children who can enjoy the pretend play with them.

    Awesome!
I ordered these foam tools for my 3 year old son and he LOVES them! He hasn’t put these down since he opened the package. The tools are made of a thick foam and seem to be pretty sturdy. I thought that these were actually not made of foam when I first touched them they’re made so well. I don’t picture these getting torn up or needing to be thrown out anytime soon. When you give toys to young kids it’s disappointing when you have to get rid of them quickly. These should be around for quite awhile! The tools come in one large “sheet” as I call it. The sheet reminds me of a puzzle because the tools pop in and out of cut outs located on it. The fact that you can pop these back in makes for easy storage if you don’t want to leave the tools laying all over the house. Thats a win for me and makes these worth ordering right there alone! The tools are smaller, but they’re a good size for little hands. I’m happy that I ordered these! 5 Stars!

    Something to think about!
I’m usually so good about reading the description of items before buying! This time I did not, I’m bad for that. The primary photo, I felt was quite deceiving. In that picture the tools looked so real! However they are foam, I believe, just one dimension. The foam is 1/2” think & appear to be very sturdy. However, like the tip of the screwdriver is thinner and might break off. The tools are cut very detailed as you can see from the picture with the saw blades. The actual pictures of each item is very detailed and the coloring is bright & both sides are the same. I’m giving these to a 3 year old, we shall see how he feels about it. The age posted on the product is 3+, however because they are pretty sturdy, as a mother myself, I might worry about injury with some of the small pointy sections that could cause injury to an eye or something else. The packaging does say “ Danish Design”. We’ll see how it plays out on Christmas Day.

    Perfect for toddlers.
Got this for my nephew so he could help dad work on projects. The foam so far has been pretty durable and so has the printing on each of the tools. Nephew had a blast with these and he looked very serious as he helped dad build some cabinets.

    Foam Tools for Little Ones
When I ordered this for my grandson, I didn’t really realize it was just a foam sheet with cutouts of tools. They looked really cool in the description. They are about an inch or so thick and pretty one-dimensional as a result. But I think the littlest ones will love to play with them. And being foam, there is no danger of breaking things if they bang them on things. I suppose its a good starting place for ones that are too little to really handle plastic tools.
