I have a 2004 Dodge Durango all bidirectional features would not work on this vehicle could not control the door locks ,windows or mirrors basic features work fine.

Key features wouldn’t work. Expected to use the bidirectional function but wasn’t able to… also contacted customer service but never heard back. Basic features worked fine but that’s not the reason for buying this type scan tool.
