Finally – no more black hole tool bags!
Prior to this I just had a giant tool bag that we would shove all of our tools in, making it impossible to find them all (this isn’t all of them, just the ones that aren’t in the go-out bag right now)Now, we can hang all our tools, sanding pads, drill bit sets, and blades on one rack that is easy to grab things from and pack things out for the day. The tool rack is very sturdy and with proper anchoring supports a ton of weight. The spacing is perfect for my Dewalt tools, and I love the versatility in flat, hooked, and notched surfaces to hang things from. It also looks industrial and sleek and fits in with the rest of the working station.I love it!

Got this as I have accumulated several tools and needed a decent storage system.I had previously made one from wood with plans off the internet but ran out of space. This seemed comparable in price unless you have spare time and free wood lying around.This works well and even holds the longer tools like a reciprocating saw.It’s great to be able to “grab and go”Pros:Comes in varying sizesReasonable price, especially when discounted and compared to ones from the big box stores.Can sit a circular saw on shelf without having to retract the blade.Simple enough to put together.Extra bolts were nice cause I always manage to lose some during assembly.ConsOnce assembled it seemed a little lop sided but doesn’t worry me.The rack for drill holders does seem to bend a little especially with the heavier tools like Impact wrench with the battery attached, might be best to remove heavier batteries when storing.
