I bought this as I am going to school to be an electrician and decided to succumb to peer pressure and get some quality tools. I’ve always used mastercraft and craftsman or one comparable in quality and going from those to this was noticeably different, the best way I could describe it is you can feel the quality. I personally prefer the comfort grips on them feels comfortable love the scissors and knife with it they both cut great. I imagine with the exception of power tools there’s very little I’ll need to purchase in the long run.As for the bad – the tool bag and pouch I find are very inefficient, but this is more of a personal preference as I like to have my tools organized. The bag is good quality and I have no doubt it would last, however there is only a few pouches for holding anything and it still remains a mess just a smaller mess than the center of the bag. I have a tool pouch which I put inside which holds all the tools I use mostly and some I don’t which helps organize things much better.Secondly the measuring tape which is good only comes in metric so it was either learn to convert accurately, get a calculator that does so or get a new one, I opted for the latter.All in all this is a great tool set for a great price I paid about $1400 less than if I bought it locally or some other places and I couldn’t be happier with it.
