Notice:
1. Turn off the watch first, and use the USB cable to connect the watch and the PC, add your favorite songs to the “My Music” folder.
2. For adding new music, please confirm the downloaded music is in MP3 format.
3. Please fully charge the kids smart watch before first use (approximately 2 hours for a full charge).
4. Please do not use a high-power charger to charge the watch, easy to cause battery damage. Please use a 5-12W charger to charge the watch.
5. If the watch fails to power on, please use a reset tool to insert the reset hole（need hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds） and then charge it for 15 minutes.
6. Optional languages: English (default), French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Dutch.

Watch broke 2X!
I purchased this watch for my granddaughter for Christmas, then returned it after her mom said that it randomly powered off even though it was recently fully charged. After that it never worked again. I sent it back and asked for the same watch because when it was working for a couple weeks, my granddaughter loved it. Only to have the exact same thing happen to the new watch!!! Unfortunately I waited too long (passed 30 days) to report the watch because I was busy, went on vacation for a week and then came back and forgot to return it. Grrr! That being said Amazon would not allow me to get a refund because it was too late. I would not buy from this company again. No way was I going to try for a threes a charm. Very disappointing!

The rubber is not cheap and the watch base itself has some weight on it. The buttons are easy to press and the screen is very responsive.it came with all the accessories one will need to protect and use the item. it came with a screen protector.the only thing that I didn’t like is that you cannot lower the volume to a level that reflects what is on the meter. Level 1 is still as loud as level 5 so it is either you have the max, mid and then no sound.Functionality: 4 stars- it came will all the apps that is on the description. My kids specially loved the audio books but it is pretty annoying when they play it in the evening as it was too loud. The stories are great and the audio is clear and crisp. the voices however when they read the stories has problems on the intonations as I believe some of the voice actors are asians. it is very noticeable. The games are quite fun and have a lot. the Flashlight is bright but you can only wear the watch on the left hand else the flashlight will light in your face.Overall, I like the product and the kids love it as well. I would recommend it to parents as the games are interactive and fun as well as educational.

Bought this watch for my niece’s 7th birthday and she absolutely loves it. the touchscreen is very responsive and the built-in games keep her entertained for hours. it even has a little camera and music player, which she thinks is super cool. the pedometer and learning cards are a nice touch for something educational. setting it up was easy enough, though the screen protectors are a bit tricky to apply. overall a fun gift idea for kids who want a “big kid” gadget.
