Sleek High Performance
Honestly, a sleek and very impressive drill from my experience. This drill can hang with the best, and I love the auto-stop feature when drilling or driving; I’ve gotta say, that’s smart. I also love the controls, and the digital display is a very nice touch.It comes with its own drill and driving bits, and it also plays friendly with bit sets you already own. VERY impressive torque for its size, and it even comes with an LED flashlight to guide you through dark spaces. It also includes its own carrying case, which is high quality as well. Great for fixing stuff up around the house and for bigger projects, too. I was even surprised to see a group of builders using these in a new home being constructed in my area — surprising because this drill is pretty new from Hoto. I was lucky enough to get this on sale; one of my better purchases, to be real. Anyhow, you won’t be disappointed. And you won’t need another drill for long time…a looong time.

Perfect electric drill and super aesthetic as well. Seems to have a long lasting battery with a decent amount of power. I’m no expert but it’s perfect for small jobs.

A quality power drill with a fixed internal battery and superior pre use torque setting mechanism
This is NOT a powerful power drill comparable to the Top Tier battery pack variants offered by the major tool suppliers. However, this thing has it’s own positives that can eclipse them under some circumstances. First, it’s styled pretty much entirely differently, second it has an internal non-swappable battery, and probably most important of all, it has a far more sophisticated torque selector that on repetitive tasks can save you from stripping out a LOT of fasteners. That one feature alone fills a niche needed by pretty much anyone, who does seriously repetitive work- and of course, budding DIY’rs young OR old just learning the ropes. No complaints as the construction, though it feels a bit strange in experienced hands, at least at first. As for expected durability, I don’t see anything obvious that presents a problem except having a fixed battery, which will eventually reach it’s end of life. The sounds from the drill indicate to me that it’s well made as it runs smooth and just plain sounds well made:). I’m further encouraged by the smoothness of the vibrations as it runs, one thing though, the torque selector seems to suggest measures in newton meters, but I doubt that seriously- off the cuff feels a lot more like inch lbs to me. Regardless, you can configure it number indicated, which at the least seems consistent over time as you set it to different levels then return. This German “HOTO”, while more expensive than many of the ones made in China, quality wise seems a bit above in sophistication, but not brute output. Perhaps a bit more ‘refined’ would be the word.Anyway, I’m awarding it 4 Stars for being a solid but non- “pro” offering.Recommended for those who see it fitting a ‘niche’ use they require.

It is all the description says and more. I keep it inside the house for quick assembles and repairs and works incredibly. Feels like something out of a sci-fi movie.
