This is a well made and accurate tool. From a cost standpoint it is a great value. The plastic case is robust and snaps shut very solidly. I liked it so much I bought the 6″ version.

Good caliper but hard to read LCD at a small angle
This is a nice caliper, long and affordable – It seems to be accurate and has done well for me in the nine months I have had it – There are a lot of good things to say about it but the one thing that I thought people would want to know is that the LCD does not have good visibility / readability at much of an angle – Probably at 20+ degrees – This can create a problem when the location of the item to be measured is not convenient from your vantage point – And other times not a problem at all with more direct viewing – My Mitutoyo is more readable at greater angles – I thought this might be an issue for some applications – Otherwise it has served me well – I would recommend it for some applications but for most of my needs I’d rather spend the extra money and get a Mitutoyo

Great Quality -Would Buy Again
These calipers work great and are excellent quality. The case for them is an added benefit. Slides extremely smooth with a thumb screw to tighten how easy or hard it slides. It came with an extra battery, metal ruler and small screwdriver for the battery door. Very nice and extremely handy tool when mm, fractions of inches matter.

This is a well made caliper. It’s a solid build that you can feel in its weight. It zeros every time. And it also recalls its position after turning off. I was also impressed with the storage box. It holds the caliper on a foam bed and when the cover is closed is held by two rubber pads. This is a very nice touch to secure the caliper.

These calipers are well made, smooth action and longer jaws at 2.5″ deep. The main body is ~15.5″ long. I like the added fractional display option for the third perspective on the measurement done. This caliper fills needed size for when I am working at this scale.

Good its solid because its made out of metal and the measurements are accurate. The caliper flows easily and the ruler was a really nice add to measure things. However the box did come damage upon arrival as it had chipped at the bottom.

Slight wobble in lower jaw.Still precise to the 1/1000 of an inch. Tested with shims of known thicknesses.It’s nice that it comes with 2 batteries and a lifetime free warranty card.
