When using, please plug the connecting rod in mostly and screw it tightly.
When grinding: Apply light pressure to the wheel. Heavy pressure will result in excessive wheel wear and a rougher tungsten point.
Always wear eye protection, respiratory protection, and protective clothing when using the angles controller and when welding.
Remove the grinding wheel firstly before taking out the tool after use.

This configuration can better reduce the angle deviation of grinding tungsten needles, and can precisely control the required angle of the tip of the tungsten needle.
Cut-off grooves and rotary tools: Tungsten sharpening tools have tungsten cut-off grooves. When the tip of the tungsten steel needle is so worn that regrinding does not solve the problem, you can use a tungsten cut-off port to cut off the damaged part and regrind. It’s OK
Been using this for a week. Gave it 4 stars, but am really in the 3.5 range…..Pros:It beats trying to grind tungsten on a bench grinder.Consistent angles.Grind lines are more or less in the correct direction.Seems to run OK,Cons:You get one collet per tungsten diameter, meaning, if you want to change point angle, you have to move the collets.The section for cutoff is mostly useless. Too big a gap between the wheel and the slot lets the wheel grab the tungsten and jam it, locking up the grinder. Getting it out was fun. After I jammed the first one, I’m back to snapping them off. Honestly, the cutoff ability was why I chose this grinder.Had they supplied another $1 worth of collets, I’d be more impressed with this. Let’s see how long it lasts.

Sharpens TIG tungsten electrodes handily. Cut off feature not so good. 3/32 diameter guide is a little snug when electrode has swollen from use it won’t go through. This necessitates cutting off more material than necessary. Overall it works well, and eliminates contamination from a general use grinder.

Great tool for far less than brand name tools
I really appreciate the screw in brass bushings to guide the tungsten. You can screw them into various positions to create many angles on all supported diameters. Using now for a month and still have first abrasive disc installed. Use this tool daily.

Decent for the money
2 of the inserts were to small for the tungsten by just a little I used a small needle file and cleaned the inside out.. seems to have fixed my issue other than that it works as it should

After the first couple of uses, the tungsten wouldn’t go through the guides anymore. I’ve taken to free-handing grinding on the wheel.
