Heavy duty, excellent designed tool for removing baseboards.
This is a must have tool to have in your toolbox. We are replacing the flooring in our home, and this tool makes removing carpet tack strips and baseboards simple. Very little effort is needed, and this tool maintains wall integrity. We have plaster walls (1964 vintage home) and these baseboards are the original ones with thick paint. Just score the top edge with a utility knife, tap (with hammer) the tool behind the molding adjacent to the nails, pry up and the molding comes right off!
