These Garden of Life Organics Women 40+ Gummy Vitamins check all the boxes for me. First, they actually taste good — more like a treat than a chore to take every day. I feel better overall since adding them to my routine, with more steady energy and a sense that I’m giving my body what it needs. I think they’re effective and I notice when I don’t have them. The texture isn’t bad & I feel like I actually digest these.I also really value the quality of the ingredients. They’re organic, non-GMO, vegan, and free from gluten, soy, and dairy — all things I look for when choosing supplements. The fact that they include methyl B12 along with vitamins C and D3 makes them a well-rounded daily multivitamin.The vitamin content is impressive but I haven’t noticed a difference in hair growth.Considering the quality, the price feels very fair for the nutrition and peace of mind I’m getting. I use other products from the My Kind line. They are quality products. However this is my first try with these Gummy Multis. I love that they meet all my requirements of organic, non GMO, gluten-free. I feel they are very effective. However comparing the taste & texture to the Hello Bello gummies I had been using, these fall short. I have had some real problems getting the Hello Bello brand which is why I ordered these. I had tried another organic Gummy Vitamin that was unpalatable. These Amy Kind I find palatable but not my favorite taste and texture. But A+ on effectiveness!

Background: 49 yr old reviewer here, 99% sure I’m perimenopausal. Extremely high-stress, overly demanding job, frequently work 7 days a week. So I need as much energy and balance as I can get.I’ve tried many multivitamins. I cannot swallow large pills, so choices are limited. I genuinely feel that this vitamin works, I felt a difference when I stopped for about a week and started again. More energy, in general just a better feeling overall. Best tasting vitamin gummy I’ve found. First few seconds have that vitamin flavor, but that quickly disappears with fruit flavors which are pleasant. The texture is less squishy like most gummy vitamins, which I actually prefer. It reminds me of pate de fruit consistency. I think it’s worth the price for both quality and the fact that I don’t have to eat an unpalatable vitamin. And again, I feel the difference from other multivitamins I’ve taken.As other reviewers have stated, they do tend to stick together and can be difficult to get out of the bottle. My solution: gently bang the bottle on its side on a counter so that the gummies are on the side, not the bottom of the bottle. Store bottle sideways. This way the pile of gummies is shorter and tends to break apart more easily. Yes, I usually have to gently bang the bottle again to loosen them up, but I’ve find storing them sideways makes it easier. It’s not ideal, but these vitamins are worth the effort.

Love the gummies!I am one of those people who used to get super nauseous trying any multivitamins. My doctor and I used to joke because the only ones I could stomach were the old Flintstones chewables. Once I went vegan, many moons ago, I resorted to buying individual vitamins in order to meet my supplemental needs. Needless to say, this was super expensive and time-consuming to take so many pills each day. Well no more! These guys are amazing. And while the usage advises 1-4 gummies a day, I only do 1 / day and it keeps me running. I noticed that my nails and hair are growing like weeds, my energy is on point, and my skin is nice and glowing. I usually give it 2-3 weeks to see if I notice a difference with any new supplements.For those who are concerned with a white powdery substance on the gummies, this is RICE POWDER, NOT MOLD (as stated on the bottle). Upon receiving my bottle, I took all of the product out and carefully inspected. No issue whatsoever. I keep mine in a supplement drawer, but they can also be kept in the fridge for that extra cool sensation when biting into them. Super refreshing as they are, with a great fruity taste. I now use other products from My Kind Organics and I could not recommend them more. I know exactly what goes into my vegan body and there are noticeable physical results that prove this stuff is working as intended. Buy this! You will not be disappointed!
