Powerful saw that handles thick wood easily
I bought this circular saw for some DIY projects around the house, mainly cutting through 3-inch wood. It powered through without any trouble, and I like that the depth and angle adjustments are simple to use. The saw feels solid in hand, and the motor is plenty strong for what I need.The only minor issue is that the blade has a slight wobble, though it hasn’t really affected the cuts for my projects so far. For the price, it’s a reliable tool and definitely worth it if you’re looking for a corded saw for home use.

Affordable and portable cordless mini-circular saw for occasional jobs
Good portable cordless circular mini saw that is great for indoor and outdoor small jobs. So far have only used to cut wood laminate deck boards. Max cutting depth is the same as regular sized circular saws so can use on 2″ thick nominal lumber. Laser guide helps keep the cutting straight. Feels comfortable to hold and grip when cutting wood. Battery life seems good. Not a recognized brand but good value for the price.

Big performance from a little saw. Just don’t rush it.
My wife bought this for me during a bathroom remodeling project. The first thing I did with it was cut about 40″ of tile on top of plaster to a depth of not quite 1″. The saw is compact and easy to maneuver in tight places and is perfect for small jobs. I will tell you that the saw does not like to be rushed. Let the saw do the work and gently let it do its thing. If you push too hard it will shut off. Having learned that I was able to complete almost the entire cut of 40″ and only stalled it one time. At about 39″ the battery got hot and the saw shut off for safety. I took a quick 5-minute break to get a drink and came back and the saw completed the cut and was ready for more. The dust collection port was hooked up to a small shop vac and kept dust in the air to a minimum. Considering the material I was cutting and the depth of the cut I think the saw performed very well considering its small size.I’m sure I will be using it a lot during the rest of the remodel.

Bad experience
This was my first time shopping this brand of power tools and I guess the old saying is true. You get what you pay for. The tools arrived and the battery had one light out of 3 lit up, so I said OK. It has some juice still I put the battery on the tool and nothing. so then like OK maybe it needs to be charged up so I charged it up for half a day went to put it on the tool. It hadn’t gained any charge. Put it back on the tool nothing so I just returned it. I’ll just spend a little more money and get a better brand.

Functrional, but frustrting and disappointing.
Well, it was cheap and I was looking form something I only needed for a couple jobs Still wish I’d spent another $10 for something better.Instructions are essentially useless. Needed to look at reviewer videos for some basic functions.Blade mounting is a PITA – especially since my green button to lock rotation does nothing. (Need to provide your own Allen wrench. ) Depth Guide Clamp Lever fell off the first time I tired to use it and the screw isn’t anchored inside… so needle nose pliers needed to put the lever back on, but I have no confidence in using it. I wasn’t expecting a great piece of kit. But, I wasn’t expecting to have to deal basic assembly flaws. Bought Oct. 2024

I don’t mind admitting it was my fault for not testing the saw as soon as it arrived. Project I bought it for was delayed so it sat on the shelf unopened for a year. When I finally went to use it the saw failed after 5 minutes of use due to a faulty switch. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller have any ability to service or provide parts. It’s basically a very expensive throw away tool so get that extended warranty or stay clear.
