Loud and fast. I don’t know how I got along without this tool for so long. It shaves tons of time off every project that has more than two bolts. Batteries charge in less than 2 hours. Buy two and give one to a friend.

Good Wrench at a decent Cost
Works well. Gets the job done and makes it easier. I have never used a power wrench before, but this works well. Helps loosen low torque bolts and nuts and reduces the manual labor to remove bolts and nuts. Battery lasts for a while.

this is a great affordable option for an electric ratchet. two batteries that were more than I needed for light car repairs in the garage, makes taking off bolts so much quicker. the item is extremely easy to use, self-explanatory, as you’d imagine. I accidentally made the mistake of trying to break a bolt loose (pretty high torque) with this (which is something these ratchets are not designed to do) and the ratcheting mechanism broke – I decided to contact the seller to see if they could assist, and they sent me an entirely new unit. Couldn’t be more thankful for the quick communication and customer service. thanks again!

No warranty or service
Purchased this item in 2/2025 and it worked great. I put it back in the case and put it away. Went to use it for the second time on 3/2026 and it wouldn’t run even with a freshly charged battery. All it would do is hum. Sent an inquiry to the distributor about any warranty, and they wanted a video of what it was doing, so I took a 6 second video of it and the Amazon messaging system said that the video was to large to fit in their messaging system. So no response from either Distributor or Amazon. Screwed over again.

Worth it!
This works better than I expected. It will not break tight bolts and nuts lose. It isn’t supposed to. It does turn them just by pushing the button. Batteries last a long time. After three months of using it sparingly the clips on the battery broke off. So the battery just falls out.

-Overall the product has a quality feeling build to it.-The product works exactly as intended and feels great to hold in the hand for extended amounts of time. the product is light while still feeling like a quality product.-The amount of torque it provides is enough to break loose hand tight and retighten to just Snug. Dont expect to break bolts loose without manual wrenching.-If you are looking for a entry level, budget friendly electric rachet specifically to help in narrow spaces this is an amazing option i can easily recommend.

Lasted 6 Months. Not terrible but disposable in the end.
It’s OK. Broke at the plastic/metal part of the head after a year. The motor is grinding somewhat as well. I did use it for a lot but in the end it lasted 6 months.
