Get It! But have to buy chain oil as well.
Great electric pole saw for my needs. I’m only using this for cutting my palms and it did it with ease. I definitely don’t believe this will have enough power to cut through anything too thick like an oak tree branch. The only draw back for me is that this product only comes with one battery and does not come with the bar and chain oil. It does come with an empty bottle to use to put the oil in. I believe this is a great inexpensive pole saw that is great for cutting hedges or palms. It isn’t too heavy and can hold it for a while with out being fatigued. It does come with an extra chain.

Great little chainsaw! Works well on its own and easily attaches to a pole for those hard-to-reach branches. Lightweight, powerful enough for trimming, and very convenient. This is the perfect size to keep handy when I am doing yardwork. I don’t have to lug a full size chainsaw or a hard to use hand pruner. Love this little thing!

2 different poles failed on first use each light pruning – bad production batch?
The purpose of my getting this was solely for the pole. First time the pole stopped controlling the mini chainsaw after cutting around 7 small branches. I got a replacement pole, but did not have the chance to test until 4 months later as it became rainy season. Yesterday I could hardly believe that on just 5 branches, the new pole stopped controlling the new mini chainsaw. The branches I cut were less than 1/2 inch in diameter, some even 1/4 inch, so it baffles the mind that the pole would simply stop controlling the mini chainsaw. As each time, the mini chainsaw remains fine, and functions with the battery as a handsaw, but I only got for the pole as I already have mini chainsaw for hand use only. Twice in a row, each time on branches in totally dry moderate weather failing on first easy use. not again will I get this. I got both back in August, so only gamble one could hope is the production batch poor, and maybe some do o=n

Great tool
I love this thing. Easy to use, easy to work on, versatile, very sturdy, great battery life. It’s even, thanks to its bright yellow color, easy to spot if you set it down and some brush falls on top of it. The little black plastic guard on the top broke off, but I don’t see what use that was anyway. I can’t think of anything negative about it to say. It’s fun to use and I have recommended it to others.

Chain Guard Broke
Works great, but chain guard broke off at the motor end I didnt notice it was off almost cut my finger off, I need a new chain guard but can’t find how to get one.ALSO just found out a stud is stripped can’t get nut off just keeps turning, I am very pleased with how good the chain saw works BUT once chain is dull it cannot be changed because of stripped stud’ I sent video to the company havent hear back yet.
