For decades, I’ve taken what I’d thought were the very best multivitamins. During that company’s multi-level marketing years, I’d been to their tremendous educational seminars. DOES AN APPLE A DAY KEEP THE DOCTOR AWAY?
The statement “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” is often attributed to Hippocrates, who is considered the “Father of Medicine.”This was a much truer statement 50 years ago than what it is today. I once read, “One would have to eat 50 apples in order to gain the same nutritional benefits of just one apple eaten 50 years ago.”Today, we cannot get enough nutrition from our foods alone in order to keep us strong and healthy. Why is this? It is because we take nutritionally deficient seeds, plant them in poor soils and harvest the crops before they are fully ripened. These crops, then, often sit in storage bins for days at a time. This causes them to lose even more nutrients as their vitamins, minerals and enzymes are dissipated into the air before being shipped to markets.Worse yet, almost all of our non organic “fresh” fruits and vegetables are radiated in order to kill even more of their enzymes. This is done in order to increase their shelf life after they are shipped to our grocery stores. And, our adulterated packaged foods are overly processed and then loaded with toxic chemicals that are detrimental to our health.No wonder so many of us are tired, sick, disabled, which too often leads to untimely deaths.And, what about our vitamins? Don’t they help? The truth is that 98% of our vitamins are owned and produced by the pharmaceutical companies and are synthetically manufactured in chemical laboratories. If I had known then what I know now I could have avoided this situation.My doctor told me that I must discontinue taking any food supplements that contain vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine hydrochloride.I, therefore, began to take inventory into all of my food supplements. I was shocked to discover that my favorite liquid so called “natural” vitamins contained the synthetic form of B6, pyridoxine hydrochloride. I had erroneously assumed that because this supplement contained many organic super foods that everything in it must also be organic and natural.Big mistake!Painfully I poured these so called “natural” liquid vitamins down the sink and with great anticipation I ordered Dr. Berg’s Whole Food Multivitamins with Minerals.Dr. Berg’s vitamin formula with minerals is derived from natural organic foods and there is nothing synthetic in them whatsoever. Good Ingredients vitamins
I like the ingredients and variety . I would like to see a three month supply for a low reasonable price . I’m a senior and the cost of taking care of myself can be a burden . But I believe them to be a good vitamin . I didn’t detect any unpleasant smell or taste . I’d recommend them

Worth it!!!
I’ve been taking these for over 6 months. They are worth paying more because they are from a good source. It has the vitamins that I make up for when I am taking specific ones like d3 w/ k2 etc.I buy quite a few of Dr Bergs vitamins because they are purposeful & a good source of they are effective. They aren’t too big to swallow. They don’t upset my tummy. There is no taste. I will always take these.
