Easily breaks/chips but serves its purpose
I use this box in my elementary classroom for my students to write me notes about things they want to discuss privately. It’s used every day and I check it at the end of each day or the next morning before the kids come in. I struggle sometimes to get it lined up to put it back together after getting the notes out and it’s chipped twice right around the area where the tab is that you have to line up opposite of the side where the key goes. It still functions but I worry it’ll break to the point the key becomes useless at some point because the tab will just break off. Very flimsy in that way but I say all of that to warn just to be careful. It does exactly what I need it to do and I’m hoping it’ll last the school year and if I’m lucky, beyond that. For the price, I would be willing to buy a new one after the school year if I needed to, but if it didn’t last all year I’d struggle to say it was worth it. I’ll update should I need to replace it before then or if it lasts all year.

Cheap but it works
This box was inexpensive but you basically get what you pay for. It is very small, the whole bottom comes off to open it and it is a pain to line back up to lock it. The plastic box feels like if you look at it wrong it could break- not exactly what you want for something meant to hold money. I do like the plastic sleeve at the top to hold information to solicit donations and it did work fine for a PTA event but my kids pointed out how they could pull money back out through the top slot as well so probably a bigger and sturdier box would be better.

Nice box for donations. Received as expected. Decent box for the money, comes with key of course, the lock is easy to open and close. Good for a bake sale or small donations. Can be opened by force without the key, I wouldn’t leave it unattended.

Nice clear perspex box with room for a label above the box.Awkward at times to get the base to open. I broke the perspex when trying to open one. Could do with being a bit stronger around the loco area.
