This tool supports DPF Regens and is compatible with Cummins, Detroit, Isuzu, Mack, International MaxxForce, Volvo, Caterpillar, Hino, and Paccar engines. This tool is intended for commercial truck engines, not for Ford, Chevrolet, or Dodge diesel engines.
Using this tool is very simple. Plug it in and run a systems automatic search to find the systems on the vehicle. This then brings you to a menu where you can choose from the systems found on the truck. You can then choose the options to read or clear faults, freeze frame data or view live data. Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Regens are simple and are accessed from the main menu by choosing “DPF Regen” and choosing your manufacturer from the list. Historically, any bi-directional functionality has been limited to more expensive tools on the market which do not fit everyone’s budget.

Poor quality, no support.
Poor quality tool. Will not read data from a truck accurately, very slow operation, and has issues where it will not read the same code twice. Used a handful of times, and now the obd2 connector for the adapters is loose and must be held to connect. Would not recommend very, very strongly.

Lacks vehicle support
Connects but not able to scan the codes for check engine lights in our Cummins powered motor home or our Chevy Kodiak Hauler. So basically useless to me for either vehicle. Says to contact product support with Year Make Model Vin- Going to return it. Gave it 3 stars because the equipment is very nice, and in a will laid out storage case. Had it worked for my vehicles, I would have been very impressed with everything else.

Doesn’t do regens
All together we had two of these units. Tried them on multiple vehicles just said not supported when you tried to do regions on everyone. Call their tax service which is inadequate at best no one there knows anything about the product they had me do update on the unit which took 2 hours by the time we were done tried it on six more trucks still just says not supported on anything you try to do other than read a code it will clear the codes but it will not do anything else that the program says it will do don’t buy it

Not Tiffin RV compatible
Was told this would work with my diesel & my class. A RV, but it will not.Only get errors when plugging in, and then was told try to remove sinc card and then download new software, and then if that doesn’t work get an appointment with Diesel computer’s “IT” department?This all after I was told, oh no worries as it will work on my RV unit fine???Not messing with it!!!Returned.
