Install the software properly
Worked perfect. If you install the software and try to run it it’s not going to work. I had to go into the driver’s and manually unzip them. Once unzipped you can click it and it will run the installer. Then your port/com will show up in your system settings. And you can change your com/port to port #1. Once you do that it works perfect. I was nervous because I am not at all computer savvy. But I was able to figure it out.

Make sure you have the cable plugged in when configuring. Once I did that all the appropriate com ports popped up to reconfigure the locations. Suzuki manuals are included which is a nice touch

Couldn’t get drivers to install on windows 10
Although it says you can run the program on windows 10 I could not get the drivers to install. I tried the videos but still not able to.

Software that comes with it does not work on Windows 10. All in not lost though.
I tried and tried to make software work. I finally look and the compatibility only shows up to windows 8. But with a little research on the web I was able to find a fellow on you tube that had a link and instructions for windows 10. All you need to do as he instructs and all is good. You still need the cables so I’m good now.

It comes with the software on an thumb drive that you have to flip out to use.
Follow the setup video exactly for Windows 10, it works for Windows 11.What can I say, it works.
