Connection
Connect the four-pin end of the cable supplied with the analyzer to the diagnostic port and the remaining end to the analyzer.
The cable has a four-pin connector at each end; it cannot be connected backwards.
Attach the analyzer near the ground control station.

Super nice!
My husband had been telling me about how much he needed one of these as a replacement and I just so happened to stumble across this one. This came very well packed and secured and everything was exactly as described in the ad. There were no missing parts or pieces and nothing was amiss whatsoever. The instructions are clear and easy to read and if you know what you’re doing setup is a breeze. My husband is very familiar with doing different stuff like this and working on it so he was easily able to take this and get it fully installed and swapped out. He said it was pretty simple and straightforward if you know what you’re doing! He was Blown Away by the quality of this very thick very well made and super durable! Everything was just as described in the ad perfect quality and very user friendly! Everything worked perfectly as it should had plenty of power behind it and was very well made! Solid 10 out of 10 for sure great quality product! It definitely does everything that it is supposed to do and it’s a fraction of the cost of some of the name brand ones. Cannot recommend enough

This item connects to the unit but once you start chasing for codes or try to enter to the system, all words start moving from right to left really fast to the point Where you can’t even read codes anymore.

Not easy to figure out but works great when you do
This is compatible with models 1001249695 1600244 and 2901443 which was a big plus for me since I’ve got an older model. The kit came with instructions but it still took awhile to figure out how to use it. I’ve been able to troubleshoot issues with my lift without having to call in a professional which has saved me some serious cash. The cable kit is well made and seems to be built to last. It’s been a game changer for maintaining my equipment. I say consider getting this to anyone with a JLG scissor lift looking to take control of their maintenance.

Works like the JLG branded one
I work for a rental company and we have a large amount of JLG equipment in our fleet. I have access to a JLG analyzer but it’s nice to have an extra one around. It performs exactly like the JLG branded one. I used it to check for the software version of the platform and ground control modules. I also did some system tests to check inputs and outputs. Anyway, no issues and it comes with a decent storage case. I can recommend it. The instruction sheet includes the access code you need for JLG, which is no secret since it’s technically on every piece of equipment they produce. Please do not mess with the personalities or settings if you don’t know what you’re doing!!!

They mostly work well but there are a few gremlins that pop up from time to time. A service call is $250 just to have a tech walk in the door with one of these testers so I figured we might be able to save a little money by having one on hand. The scanner looks pretty much identical to the one that the forklift repair guy brings. It feels well made and the cable connects solidly to the scanner and our lift. We haven’t had any issues that required a service call yet but we confirmed that the scanner connected and worked correctly. We ran it through all the menu settings to see what adjustments we could make (like setting max height) and scanned for codes as well. I’m expecting that this will come in handy and save us some time and money with service calls.

Very nice replacement for JLG lifts.
If you need a replacement for your JLG Scissor or Boom Lift, this diagnostics analizer seems to working perfectly for us. It was easy to connect since the plugs just push in. This works just like the OEM one did. It is simple to use and program. This controller works with most JLG scissor and boom lifts. It also came with a nice storage bag to keep it in when not being used.

So simple and organized
I used this cable kit with my lift to do diagnostics after detecting a problem with the platform controls. The connectors fit well with the analyzer and the lift, plus the instructions that came with the kit helped me initiate the diagnostics program without any frustration. Decent quality scanner.
If you use JLG scissor lifts, it can be handy to have a diagnostic tool to see what’s happening when they act up. The original scanner from JLG costs around $260 bucks, and this looks literally exactly like the original from JLG, but without the logo at the top, so this represents a pretty decent savings over the OEM scanner.It comes in a nice semi-rigid carry case which keeps everything in place, and all the bits and pieces are decent quality. There are no batteries, it takes power right from the lift, so there’s nothing to replace or charge. There’s pretty much no difference between this unit and the factory original. 5 stars.
