The grinder will also shut off in those events to further protect the user. Battery and charger are sold separately.

Doesn’t get better than Dewalt. Dewalt always tops my list of well designed, well built equipment that’s affordable for the DIYer as well as the professional. Balanced perfectly in my hand, which tends to be on the smaller side. Because the size and weight are so well thought out, the added layer of safety is a given. I’ve wanted a grinder for a while, so when I needed to strip down the rv gate, this was a no brainer. I had initially started stripping it down by hand, but gave up after a couple of hours. I finished stripping the whole gate in a day once it was delivered. Have the right tool makes a difference. Having the best tool is just smart! I’m sure I will be using it for many more projects because the additional wheels you can change out makes this especially versatile.

Great Dewalt Tool
One of my most used Dewalt tools. I bought it for cutting bricks for a new patio but it has so many more uses. The arbor/nut with include allen wrench makes it easy to change out cutting wheels. Doesn’t seem to use battery power excessively either.

If you need an inexpensive legitimate DeWalt angle grinder this one does the job. I’m invested in the DeWalt 20V platform and needed an angle grinder for a specific job at the house. This was within my price range and did the job demo’ing some stuff around the house.

Great tool with no cord!
I’ve used corded angle grinders for many years and I never expected a cordless angle grinder to be worthwhile. I was pleasantly surprised that this angle grinder works amazingly well. With steady use, the battery will discharge after several minutes, so it’s helpful to have a second battery on standby. However, for most standard applications it’s worth not dealing with a cord getting in the way. This has plenty of power to work as expected.

Apesar da ferramenta ser profissional não recomendo para uma serralheria. Pois consome muito bateria. Mas para quem usa para soldar um pouco daqui a pouco usa pra cortar um cano ou sabe se lá oq. É muito versátil a potência e excelente e a praticidade de não ter bateria e ótima. Mas é necessária bastante bateria no mínimo 2 de 4ah e para uso constante não dá tempo de carregar uma enquanto usa a outra. Acredito que em uso sem desligar dure uns 20, 25 min.

Excellente meuleuse Dewalt, très bien balancée et surprenamment légère pour la puissance qu’elle offre. Le frein de sécurité (kickback brake) fonctionne parfaitement et ajoute une belle tranquillité d’esprit. J’aime beaucoup la gâchette à deux étapes, ça évite les départs accidentels. Une vraie bête pour le métal, le bois ou même la pierre !
