these keep me going and are worth the price. i’ve tried other multivitamins and will happily stick with this. i do not split the doses but rather just take two at once. would probably be even better if taken as directed, several hours apart. but i don’t remember and just found it’s better to do it this way.

I’ve noticed a major difference with these. I started by buying a small bottle a couple months back to be sure they worked for me, and after that, I pulled the trigger on the largest bottle because I’m definitely going to continue with these. You can either take one in the AM and one in the PM, or two one time per day. I’ve been doing 2 each night before bed, and I told my husband that I’ve felt like a wilted flower being watered for the first time in a long time. Sleep is better, if anything. It’s not a miracle/fix-all vitamin, but it’s definitely the right tool to have in your arsenal if you’re struggling with sleep or energy levels being low. Smell & taste are not bad IMO, no nasty aftertaste. Size is small enough to swallow with other pills at once. Overall: it’s effective!

I did a lot of research before I bought these. These are the best vitamins I could find for quality ingredients. As far as I can tell there are no synthetic sources for vitamins here and that is extremely hard to find.

I LIKE THE PRODUCT BUT BECAUSE IT ARRIVED WITH BROKEN GLASS BOTTLE MIXED WITH CAPSULES IN THE ENVELOPE I HAD TO THROW THE WHOLE THING OUT. I DON’T KNOW HOW TO GET A REFUND. IT SEEMS VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT AMAZON TO RESOLVE THIS SORT OF THING. I tried to attach a picture but was unable to.
