Serious Torque – Perfect for Boat Prop Swaps & Roadside Tire Changes
I bought this TaskStar 1/2” cordless impact wrench mainly for two reasons: changing the prop on my boat and keeping something reliable in my truck for emergency tire changes. After using it for both, I can confidently say this thing has real power.First test was swapping out my boat propeller. Anyone who’s done that knows those nuts can be stubborn, especially after a season in the water. This impact broke it loose quickly without hesitation. No dragging out an extension cord, no fighting with a breaker bar — just steady trigger control and it did the job cleanly.I also keep it in my truck for roadside tire situations. I tested it on lug nuts torqued to spec, and it removed them easily. That peace of mind alone makes it worth it. No brainer
This is awesome for the price. I like the portability most places I go to have no power so what good is a electrical drill and extension cord? Just charge this thing and go where you need to go. If it dies buy a new one it’s a no-brainer. If you buy one that is for industrial uses you’re going to pay thousands of dollars by this one.

Pleasantly surprised
I bought this as an inexpensive option to help me with some automotive work. At this price point, I was surprised at how well it worked. It’s not the best constructed, but if you’re doing light automotive or construction work, then this is a nice tool to have.
