I wanted a microscope for a long time. After I got this one, I used it immediately. It is fun to play with it. The setup is easy. The magnification is large, so I can see specimens clearly. I can read very small prints and even can see some tiny insects like mites clearly. The picture quality is satisfactory. Recommend it!

Everyone in the family loves this
My 33-year-old son with autism is not interested in very many things, I tried this for his most recent birthday and he seems fascinated with comparing for example a grain of salt on the counter compared to magnified. He was definitely interested. The battery life is wonderful, I was looking for one with a size of a 4-in screen for easier viewing. Very nice little gadget, great value for the wonderful gift, not very heavy at all, fun for kids and adults of all ages.

Durable and high quality!
This was a huge hit for a birthday gift for a 9 year old. The 6 year old loved it too. Very easy to set up, charge and use. The video is high quality and my kids love the ability to take and save pictures and videos. Fun inside and outside. I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. It is a great STEM gift option and has kept the kids busy for hours. Great value for the money.

Microscope
For a kids toy this is awesome! I use it on my plants to identify potential pests! It’s functional, easy to use, it’s stable on surfaces (unless you’re using it on a leaf) and the battery life is perfect I’ve charged it once and used it for atleast an hour no issue. It’s super bright and convenient. Photo shows an invisible to the eye flake of dust.

Better than expected!
Bought 2 as gifts. Now I am purchasing another one for another family member. Great for kids and adults. Love the save photo feature. Clear picture! Better than expected! Easy to hold. Great teaching tool also! You can see close ups of bugs. You can see the pattern in clothing.

Portable microscope with SD and monitor for daily uses
This is a portable microscope with a 4 inch monitor. The microscope is portable and powered by USB C rechargeable batteries. I can also connect the video to a PC through USB C and take pictures on Windows or iOS or phones. I use it to see the electronic defects in my office. The resolutions are good for general uses for microscopic observations. I can see the soldier points or the cracks on the components. The built-in SD card slot can save the pictures without PCs. LED lights are adjustable for microscope lighting. I think it is also a good toy for kids if they like sciences or biology in their young ages.

Device works but shocking support and documentation
PROS: THis device works.When you have a problem their customer service responds the very next day (except weekend).CONS: The user manual is almost useless.When you tell them there is something wrong they won’t do anything, they just keep sending emails that it does work and you don’t know what you are doing.The device has 3 operating modes. Stand-alone, connected to your iPhone, connected to a computer. You cannot transfer data from one mode to the other.In my case the TF card reader is physically blocked and they refuse to send me a replacement, just keep getting email after email.Their software does not have a security clearance so MAC OS refuses to load it (you have to changes the security settings for this software).The TF card apparently only use the (oldest) MicroSD card (2GB) and not the newer larger sizes. Picture shows how it does not fit in the slot.You get the feeling that they are not ALLOWED to send out replacements.Addendum: They sent me another one. Same problem. But we found that there was already a TF card in the reader and IT was blocking access. I have to say that getting their software to work IS possible, but you have to work at it.Bottom line is that this is a child’s device and not intended for serious grown-ups who think is should do a lot more.
