I’ve tried many collagen supplements, but this is my favorite. I noticed a difference in my knees and my hair growth within a few weeks. There is also ashwaghanda in this formulation that helps me feel more relaxed. I take it at night for the full benefit.

Ancient Nutrition is a trusted brand in my opinion. Yes, these collagen pills are a bit pricey, but they’re so much easier for me to remember to take compared to collagen powders. There’s no taste, and they’re fairly easy to swallow. Every once in a while you might get an open capsule, but that seems like a normal shipping issue with supplements — nothing concerning.As for results, I’ve definitely noticed my nails are stronger, and my skin looks healthier overall. I’m not totally sure about the joint benefits yet, but everyone is different. I’d recommend talking to your healthcare professional if you have major joint issues or are taking prescription medication for them, just to be safe.Overall, convenient, high‑quality, and worth it if you prefer pills over powders.

I subscribe to this product and love it, except this is the 3rd time one of the capsules is half empty. Very expensive to have a pill messed up in each shipment.
