Excellent Scanner – Works Great on BMW, Ford, and More
This scanner has been extremely helpful across multiple vehicles. I’ve used it on BMWs, Fords, and other cars, and it has paid for itself many times over. It reads codes accurately and gives access to systems that basic scanners can’t.I’ve successfully used it for BMW oil service resets, battery registration/learning, and general diagnostics, which is huge if you work on your own vehicles. The menu is straightforward, connections are solid, and it does exactly what it claims.For the price, this is a great all-around diagnostic tool for DIY mechanics and anyone who maintains multiple vehicles. Definitely recommend if you want more than a basic code reader.

Great scanner for multiple vehicles
I’ve tried this on 3 different vehicles so far and it has worked flawlessly. A little bit hard to figure out a service reset but after about 5 minutes I did it! Finding out about a few previous faults and being able to reset was very easy. So far this has been a great diagnostic tool for me with no connectivity issues or compatibility issues.

It’s an excellent diagnostic tool. I really liked the case it comes in, very practical for transporting it and avoiding damage.It’s versatile, the software is very good, and it’s simple and practical for connecting to Wi-Fi and updating, running diagnostics and reports. It can create a PDF, and since it has a Wi-Fi connection, you can send your reports directly via email. Its instruction manual is quite clear, and the connection cables fulfill their purpose of connecting to a PC and connecting to the vehicle’s port. The price is quite good compared to other products that cost a few hundred dollars more.

Helped me release my EPB switch (2014 JEEP)
10/10 I bought the DS200 Model. The set up was extremely easy. You do need Wi-Fi for updates. I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee sport. My EPB switch failed due to liquids getting into it (the switch is stuck in park mode). The part is unfortunately on backorder indefinitely. The scanner does have the ability to release the actuators so I can drive my car until I can outsource an OEM part that works.

Mi marido tenía un escáner pequeño de los que se controlan a través del móvil y con aplicaciones. Este escáner no necesita nada más que conectarlo al turismo y podrás ver a través de la pantalla toda la información en tiempo real. Detecta automáticamente el número de bastidor, marca y modelo del turismo, y de no ser así, puedes hacerlo de forma manual introduciendo el bastidor.Nada más conectar este escáner, pudo detectar un fallo que tenía nuestro turismo y borrarlo, por lo que no nos ha vuelto a salir desde hacer varios días, y la verdad es que el fallo salía cada vez que arrancábamos el coche. Con este fallo que nos salía, nos inhabilitaba ciertas funciones de los controles del volante y otras funciones del coche, pero al haber detectado el fallo y borrarlo, ya no nos ha vuelto a salir el error y de momento todas las funciones de nuestro coche funcionan como antes.Hay que hacer una pequeña actualización antes de empezar a manejarlo para tener la última versión, es sencillo y mi marido no tuvo problemas con la actualización. La conexión al turismo fue fácil, rápida y sencilla, al igual que con su anterior escáner que funcionaba a través de aplicación móvil. Si es cierto, que se no eres un mecánico experimentado, seguramente muchas de las funciones e información que nos ofrece el escáner no sepamos manejarlas, por lo que recomiendo preguntarse antes de adquirirlo si merece la pena la inversión de un dispositivo tan caro para no sacarle el partido que puede llegar a ofrecer, eso ya es cuestión de cada persona.Lo mejor de todo, es que este escáner, si sabes manejarlo y sacarle todo su potencial, puede sacarte de muchos apuros y sobre todo, puede ahorrarte mucho dinero en llevar tu coche a un taller para que te puedan eliminar fallos. Detecta problemas comunes como el motor, la transmisión, los airbags y los sistemas de frenado, leyendo y borrando los códigos de avería. También no permite imprimir informes de diagnósticos o enviarlos por correo electrónico.Relación calidad/precio elevada. Puedes encontrarlos más económicos, pero este tiene un montón de funcionalidades que pueden ayudarnos a resolver problemas de fallos en nuestros coches y así evitar costosas averías o que fallen funciones del coche, como me estaba pasando a mí. Questo dispositivo permette di leggere tramite la porta OBD della propria auto i dati che arrivano dalla centralina, ed è compatibile con varie auto di brand diversi. Personalmente l’ho testata con una Toyota Yaris che aveva una spia gialla accesa ed ha letto correttamente il codice di errore proprio come dall’elettrauto. L’interfaccia è intuitiva ed il software è basato su Android, quindi ci si può connetere a internet, scaricare aggiornamenti e gestire il dispositivo un po’ come si fa con smartphone o tablet (ma considerate di avere a che fare con una versione più vecchia, quantomeno graficamente).Nel complesso lo trovo molto utile per capire al volo eventuali problemi segnalati dalla centralina, così da recarsi poi dal proprio meccanico di fiducia sapendo con che tipo di problema si ha a che fare.
