No More Rough, Ugly Bolt Ends
I do my own maintenance and upgrades on my motorcycles, and over the years I’ve found that manufacturers often use custom-length bolts. If you want the exact size, you usually have to buy it directly from them. Since most motorcycle shops are closed on Sundays and Mondays, I’ve had to buy a longer bolt from the hardware store and cut it down myself.The problem is that cutting a bolt leaves sharp edges and rough threads.
