Overall, it’s a fantastic piece of equipment that provides power without the hassle of gas. I’m docking one star simply because nothing is ever perfect, but this saw comes incredibly close.The assembly was surprisingly easy. Often, tools like this come with cryptic instructions, but this chainsaw was practically ready to go. I had the bar and chain attached, tensioned, and oiled in about 10 minutes flat. It’s incredibly intuitive, making it painless to get straight to work, even for a beginner.The battery life is excellent thanks to the two included 4.0Ah batteries. For standard pruning and light cutting (up to 4 inches), I can usually get an hour or more of solid use out of the pair. When tackling thicker, dense wood (8+ inches), the batteries hold up better than expected, giving me sufficient runtime to complete my task list before needing a charge. The efficiency of the 1000W brushless motor seems to really make the difference here.Most impressively, the customer service is world-class. I had a small question about chain installation, and they responded to my inquiry with detailed, helpful advice. Great Saw
I use it to cut small tree’s, brush and limbs and it works great. The batteries last a long time. Powers right thru an 8″ tree. I’ve cut oak, maple, pine and beech so far with no problems. We live 800 ft into the woods and I try to keep the woods from encroaching into what little yard we have with a 6″ battery powered chainsaw which works great for the small stuff up to 5″. But I like to keep my backwoods road clear the 12″ does the job for me. Im not a logger or heat with wood so its all I need. Simple to use, powerful enough yet very portable. When I fill the bar oil up I check the chain tension something you should do on every chainsaw electric or gas!

The item comes packaged well. I would suggest taking of the placement of all the accessories before removing all the parts, so you know where all the parts go back when putting away for storage. The functionality of the chainsaw is very efficient and easy to use. The package comes with replacement chains. Adjusting the chain is very easy with the knob they have on the machine. That is made of durable quality and relatively lightweight for the size and power of the machine. The chainsaw is not extremely loud when compared to gas powered chainsaws.

Nice mini Chainsaw, but the chain doesn’t stay tightened for me. I was able to cut a few branches and then the chain loosens up and comes off, then I would stop disassemble it and tighten it up again. That’s gets kind of annoying. But other than that it gets the job done, it can cut through some thick branches gradually and steadily.

Decent product, with some drawbacks.
pros – can use pole and hand held saw, adjustable saw angle, 2 batteries for longer working time.Cons – insufficient power, easy to get stuck.also lubrication oil seems go out very slowly, not sure by design or broke, but I don’t notice high temperature om blade.
